My friends and I have lived at 116 John Street in various setups over the past four years, and every experience has been amazing. The management—especially Gimja—is exceptional, and the staff, including Sabrie, Mike, Humberto, and Prashant, go above and beyond to make this place feel like home. Any time we need maintenance, they respond quickly and are always eager to help. Their dedication truly makes a difference. I couldn’t recommend living here more!

The building has really turned into a welcoming and vibrant community since the management change! I can’t say enough good things about Mergimtare—she's been absolutely fantastic. From day one, she’s gone out of her way to help with everything we’ve needed. Her friendly and warm attitude makes such a difference; it really feels like she cares about making this place feel like home. My boyfriend and I are so happy here! If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live in New York, I definitely recommend this building. The combination of a friendly staff and proactive management truly makes it a great place to call home!!!

The entire grey star team at 116 john street is honestly the best. Always here to help you and support you anyway they can. The laundry room and gym are always looked after. Maintenance is really quick to fix any issues you might have. You can trust them with your eyes closed !
